Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.
Processing & Confirmation
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
